Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio luego de constatar que dentro del término concedido para subsanarla no se recibió escrito de corrección alguno.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación considera que el actor utilizó el recurso de súplica para subsanar su inactividad frente al auto de inadmisión, lo cual resulta improcedente dado el propósito del referido medio impugnatorio, el cual es controvertir los argumentos que el magistrado sustanciador adujo para rechazar la demanda de inconstitucionalidad.
Con base en lo anterior se dispuso el RECHAZO del auto recurrido.
